Who we are
This website and the members’ portal are provided for Deeper Life Bible Church Knoxville (“DLBC Knox”) and are built, hosted, and operated by Photizo Labs LLC (photizolabs.com), including the text messages sent from the portal. “We” and “us” in this policy means DLBC Knox and Photizo Labs LLC acting on its behalf. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message when you write to us.
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe to updates.
- Members’ portal: your name, mobile phone number, and a password when you register, plus the teams, schedules, and responses you manage inside the portal.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
When you register for the members’ portal you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from DLBC Knox. We send two kinds of messages:
- Verification codes to confirm your number and sign you in securely.
- Service reminders for ministry duties, rehearsals, and church events you are scheduled for.
Message frequency varies with your schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. You can also turn reminders off in your portal settings.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and text-messaging consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. Text messages are delivered through a messaging provider acting on our behalf, which is not permitted to use your number for any other purpose.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and prayer requests.
- To send newsletters and updates you subscribed to.
- To run the members’ portal: sign-in, scheduling, and reminders.
- To keep the website and portal secure and working.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, store data, send email, and deliver text messages. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
- Ask us to update or delete your portal account by contacting dclmknox@gmail.com.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Data is stored with reputable hosting providers using encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorised church workers.
Children
The members’ portal is intended for adults serving in church ministries. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
